Monture près de Beja

Monte with 2,325 ha, about 15 minutes from the city of Beja, next to the village of Baleizão. It has housing registered in the rustic registry before 1951, and is also included in the rustic land register, without an urban matrix article. According to the PDM in force, the construction area can be increased to 150 m2, through a licensing process to be presented at the Beja City Council, and in accordance with the existing opinion of the municipality. The existing urban part is of rudimentary construction, requiring improvement works. The rustic land is made up of different plots, with traditional olive groves, fruit trees, shade trees, a vegetable garden and other vegetation that occupies part of the barren land. The mountain is served by electricity, with the water supply coming from its own borehole, with a large flow rate. There is also an ecological pond. Basic sanitation is carried out in an aseptic tank, with maintenance carried out by the Municipal Services and Water and Sanitation of Beja. It has dirt access of approximately 1 km, with its own path, which also serves other properties. It is fenced around the entire perimeter.
