The common areas consist of two fully equipped kitchens, each equipped with individual grocery lockers for each room, and 1 social bathroom, a machine room, and another support room, among others. The outdoor area offers an excellent terrace and a magnificent and spacious garden with an outdoor pool. At 300 meters, we have the second three-story building, which arises from the restoration of a townhouse with a common garden and a building at the end of the garden where two suites are located. In the main body, there are seven rooms supported by four full bathrooms. In the social area, there is a bathroom, two rooms, one for living and another multipurpose, and a kitchen equipped with an individual grocery locker for each room. The total capacity of the two buildings can accommodate 48 people.
