Großes Grundstück mit Ruine, Bach und Bohrloch in Castanheira de Pera

This plot of land with almost 100.000m2 is located in a great calm spot, around 10 minutes drive into the main town of Castanheira de Pera, in a small hamlet with just a few houses around. It comes with a big ruin that was once a big Manor house and some traces can still be seen, it sits on 373m2 of urban land and can be rebuilt with a project into a house over two floors with 748m2 in size. It is classed as habitation at the moment, but as almost all walls have caved in and no roof, a project will be necessary.
