This is an example of one of the T1 apartments available in Oceano Atlantico Hotel between October & May. There are several apartments available with different floors, orientations & views. A specific apartment can be requested upon booking, however, this is subject to availability & is not guaranteed. The price stated is for a minimum of 6 months stay. For shorter stays between 3-5 months the price is 800€ per month. Water, internet & cable TV are included in the price as is the use of the hotel facilities. Electricity is at an additional cost and is charged based on usage.
